Enterprise Account Executive

Description

Enterprise Account Executives must have a proven track record of successful enterprise sales experience, superior communication skills and a deep understanding of the web, mobile products, and strategies that form the core of the Metrosion consumer experience. You will help potential customers better understand how our products take care of their needs through the creation and building of custom software products. You value customer relationships and know how to drive a business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand key accounts and manage customer relationships and client satisfaction

  • Provide superior product value and support to customers

  • Understand the language of startups and technology

  • Develop long-term partnerships with globally recognized companies

  • Identify long-term business objectives for customers and anticipate their future technical needs

  • Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships into additional functional organizations or business units

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a closing sales role

  • Intellectual curiosity about the needs of your clients

  • Hardworking, competitive, articulate, organized and passionate

  • Understanding of how software gets built, understand the product and have a firm understanding of the startup ecosystem

  • Excited about juggling multiple projects at a small but rapidly growing startup building the best software in the world at scale for thousands of clients.

  • Empathetic about people and want to find ways to help them

  • Understanding of product development and what makes a great product.

  • A closer that knows how to seal the deal and get people to sign on the dotted line
