Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is a core expectation, with the depth matched to each role.
Engineering and data science roles require robust technical foundations in models, data, evaluation, and production behavior. Product, design, and delivery roles need strong applied understanding. Recruiting and commercial roles need practical fluency to assess skills, understand customer needs, and communicate capabilities accurately.
Our engineering opening is at Staff / Principal level. Engineering and data science applicants must have at least six years of relevant professional experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited or officially recognized institution. Engineering level is assessed through demonstrated technical leadership, scope, and impact.
Across the team, we value sound judgment about model limitations, responsible handling of sensitive information, verification of AI-generated work, and continued learning.
