About the role
Coordinate the delivery of AI software with clear scope, visible dependencies, and accountable release decisions.

- Track evaluation, testing, security review, and operational readiness alongside feature implementation.
- Manage scope changes and maintain concise records of decisions, assumptions, and outstanding issues.
- Support release coordination, handoffs, and retrospectives that improve predictability and delivery quality.
What you bring
- A record of coordinating complex software delivery across multiple disciplines.
- Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, data dependencies, cloud delivery, and AI evaluation with engineers.
- Strong planning, written communication, facilitation, and risk-management skills.
- Experience using issue tracking and delivery metrics to clarify progress and surface problems.
- Ability to adapt plans when experiments change what the team knows, while protecting agreed priorities.
Helpful experience
- AI software projects, enterprise integrations, or delivery in regulated settings.
- Experience coordinating staged rollouts, incident follow-up, or cross-team operational readiness.
