Senior Sales Development Representative
Description

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be an essential part of a growing sales team at a company changing the way companies drive innovation through software development. You will leverage your knowledge of web & mobile technology products to instill confidence in our products and become an expert to prospective Metrosion clients. You will use consultative sales methodologies to identify customer goals, address specific problems and determine their software needs to deliver custom software solutions from Metrosion.

Responsibilities
​

Manage inbound leads and outbound territory sales pipelines

Work with business development professionals to onboard new SDRs
-
Achieve and/or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and cloud business
-
Identify, prioritize, map, and qualify strategic target accounts within a defined territory
-
Team with Enterprise Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging that identify and grow new business opportunities

Provide a world-class customer experience to inbound prospective clients
-
Assess the business needs of prospective clients and determine if Metrosion is a good fit for their software solutions

​Develop an outbound strategy that allows you to find and qualify new leads through local networks
-
Collaborate with marketing, support, sales, and product teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, campaigns and offerings
Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience in a technical sales environment or services consulting
-
Excellent communication skills
-
A desire to discover new business.

Knowledge of the software development life cycle

The ability to quickly engage customers and overcome objections
